We can’t wait to see you in the studio! Please review the studio policies before booking.

Policy

  • We require a 24 hour notice for cancellations otherwise payment is due in full.

  • Payment is due prior to your first session.

  • Prepaid sessions are non-refundable. 

  • 3 packs expire 1 month from purchase date, 5 packs expire 3 months from purchase date, and 10 packs expire 6 months from purchase date.

  • If arriving 15 minutes or later to a session or class, the teacher has the right to refuse service.  Payment is still due in full.

  • We are unable to extend or add time to sessions for clients who arrive at the wrong location. Please review your confirmation emails and text reminders carefully to ensure you arrive at the correct studio for your appointment.

  • We value safety and getting to know our clients so we can provide the best possible service.  Before coming in for your first private session, you’ll have a quick phone call or email exchange with your trainer, or the studio owner. 

  • We are committed to maintaining a respectful and safe environment for all clients and staff. Any form of disrespectful, abusive, or inappropriate behavior is strictly prohibited. Individuals who engage in such behavior will be asked to leave the studio and may be prohibited from returning..  

  • The studio is a sacred place. Please take off your street shoes at the door and bring a pair of socks.

  • Use soft, library voices when inside the studio.

  • Please note that each teacher operates as an individual and sets their own pricing. Please see teacher page for pricing.

FAQ

What should I bring?

​Bring a pair of socks, clothes to move in, and your body! We’ll take care of the rest.

Where can I park? (2205 Hyperion Ave)

We have street parking. Usually it’s not too hard unless it’s street cleaning, which is Wednesday 10am-12pm and Friday 10am-12pm. There are also 4 hour meters right across the street! Be careful crossing the street!

Where can I park? (2902 Rowena Ave)

Street parking is the best option M-F until 6pm. After 6pm on weekdays, and all day on weekends, you are welcome to park in our parking lot. Simply make a turn onto Herkimer St. and you’ll find plenty of parking right outside our front door.

How do I get in? (2205 Hyperion Ave)

When you arrive, either text or call your teacher. They will come down and open the front gate for you.

How do I get in? (2902 Rowena Ave)

We are located just off Rowena Ave. Walk down the driveway labelled Herkimer St., and you’ll find our front

door right behind the building. If you come to a row of cacti, you know you’re in the right place. 

Can I change when I get there? 

Yes. We have a restroom that you are more than welcome to change in.

How will I feel after my first session? 

Most people feel great immediately after their session. Taller, longer, looser, and less compressed. Some people might feel soreness,  fatigue, and slight dizziness, which is all normal. Make sure to drink lots of water and be gentle with your body.

The Body Los Feliz has two locations in the East LA area: one in Los Feliz and one in Silverlake. Both are highly curated spaces allowing you take an exhale and focus on your body.

Our Los Feliz location is geared

towards intimate one on one sessions, while our Silverlake location is focused on small group classes, workshops, and teacher trainings.

 

Both spaces are thoughtfully designed to make your workout experience and great as possible.
